Yeah, I'm guessing evening by UK time.

I'm running the beta, so wondering what will change - am hoping that the option to change accent colours will remain & be properly integrated (currently in dev options & is forgotten on a restart). The "device default" colour is typically Google (insipid and unattractive). No great hopes that they'll have sorted some of the silliness of the gestures (slow some operations, tied to Google's launcher).

OTA download starting

(And because I'm on dp6 already, it's only 5.8MB.Will prob still take 20 minutes to install though...

got mine about 2100 last night .... seem ok generally - dark mode is main thing i think

issue - spotify doesnt auto play anymore over bluetooth

oh and there doesnt seem to be a close all apps in recents ... that i can see :/
....nova launcher a10 issue - as pixel L is ok

Thanks, but I managed to pull down the update over the air for my Pixel 3, and sideloaded the OTA image on my 3a. All set!

Yeah, I don't think that they've worked out all the issues of fully supporting third-party launchers with the new recents interface. I expect we'll see that with the first major maintenance release in a few months, if not before.

There is a "clear all" in the recent apps list. You have to scroll right to the end of the list, and then you'll see the words.

I think that's where it used to be in 9 too, but as I haven't used it in several years I'm not certain - I can't see what it's needed for, and so don't look for it unless there's a question about it.

The words on mine are in white, despite my wallpaper being pretty light in colour, so it may not be very visible.

hi - thanks - yes it used to be there in a9 for me too ... but since a10 it is missing - seems to be linked to nova launcher not messing with a10 fully - some sort of known a10 issue they say

No, I'm using Nova too. I tried the Pixel launcher to look at the gestures, but switched back within minutes.

(I'm using the A9-style "pill" navigation in case it makes a difference).
