Hi, I've had this issue for a while, but really would like to get it resolved. Last night we had severe weather in our area, but the weather alert did not sound on my phone. Also, I have a weather app that alerts for lightning. Both apps appeared under notifications, but did not make a sound notification.
I have DND turned on at night, but several apps (under Notifications) I've turned ON "Ignore Do not disturb" for this reason. Last night as the severe weather went through (I woke up anyway), if I turned off DND the notifications were sounding. Once I turned DND back on, those notifications that were set up to ignore the DND also stopped sounding.
Would appreciate any advice. Thanks.
