Hello,

I got a problem with my Samsung Galaxy, I can't make normal phone calls since all my sound goes threw the minijack plug. I've tried connecting and disconnecting earplugs over 9000 times but still nothing. powered it off and on a lot of times, removes batterij etc. nothing seems te work. My last desperate act is to reset it to factory settings, but before I'm doing that I'm asking if any of you have a better salution?

BTW when I'm in my car (bluethooth carkit) I can make normal calls aswell
Sorry for my messy english.

It seems to work now... after unplugging my earplugs with a peace of toiletpaper wrapped around the jackplug. now its kinda random, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. blowing in the plug also seems to have worked.
At this moment it seems to be working, alltough right now I'm affraid to plug my earplugs back in again

I had this same problem on different firmwares and still experience it from time to time.. It's very annoying but have a look at this:

toggleheadset - Project Hosting on Google Code

It's a widget with which you can manually switch the phone in and out of headset mode. It really makes this bug a lot less annoying, since you can just tap the widget whenever it occurs. I believe there is also a version for 1.6 firmwares but this one also works fine on my Galaxo 1.6.3.2 :)

Hope this helps!
