    Help Wifi Connection Issue

    I keep getting connection time out errors and super slow response times when the nexus is connected to wifi.     I recently downloaded the app: Battery Solo Widget and on the screen preview it shows the battery meter at 69 meaning it can move at 1% intervals.     Help How can I uninstall Pandora?
