I hate to say it, because while I do believe all humans are created equal and believe the afterlife, everyone is equal, the one thing is a truth, some people are more important persay
world war one was a great example of what can happen when one person's death can lead to bad things if it's the right person

I believe the President of the US is a very important POSITION within the world. ie - if a forienger kills the president, it could very well start world war 3. That affects EVERYONE.

If a foreigner kills you or me (assuming neither of us are the President), it will not start world war 3. Or, at the very least, PROBABLY won't

if the head of a family business dies and the company closes, puts 100 people out of work. In turn, if one of the employees dies, he is replaced and the other 99 employees keep their jobs. Tell me, if you are an employee and see your boss and a coworker playing Russian Roulette, who do you hope wins, when your future employment hangs in the balance. Which one do you hope DOESN'T get shot the most during a robbery of said establishment?

Even going back to the President example. It's why he has Secret Service agents with him ready to take a bullet. If Stan Smith gets shot by an assassin's bullet, the country/world moves on. If the President gets shot by an assassin's bullet, policies change, politics change, i'd argue that freedoms are eroded a little bit more.

Whoa... I don't agree with this at all... and sorry i don't mean to be offensive here at all dude.... try not take this personally here.

1) We cannot conclude that this teenager is technically a threat. Or has intentional reasons to kill the President of USA... or is dangerous here...

Why do i say this here?

Cause no body other than the USA government and the teenager ofcourse have seen this email here and maybe the British government too ....however we only have the USA's word that he is threat here... do you have enough faith to trust any politician's word dude? Basically all politicians are the scum of the Earth... except for 1 or 2... i can think of...i don't trust any politicians at all... and they are not trustworthy at all...all the worlds problems come from politicians...sadly...

2) There has been no court of law to justify this person as a serious or dangerous "threat" here... we have no evidence because the email here has not been revealed to the world here to say he is a threat at all.... no one else has seen this email... how can you call him threat then how?

So... why has he been banned permanently from the State here?

Very good question! I Have been also trying to figure this 1 out here! I am totally clueless on this 1 here as well!

3) I think know the teenager's email needs to be revealed to the world at large... it is now a supposedly a "criminal case" case that's what the the people in office of the USA supposedly believe to be true but have not revealed the email to the rest of the civilized world...strange indeed...

4)Why has this email NOT been revealed to the rest of the world???

This is the most disturbing thing of all here by a long shot... It is no longer a matter of keeping the teenager's privacy intact here.... he is been accused of a crime here... now the email is no longer private sadly... the world must see it not just the American government.... to justify this ban... very sad indeed...

5) If he really was a serious threat would he not be behind jail bars for life now and in prison Hmm?? Instead of just a ban from USA...why not jail if he was a serious threat?

The teenagers rights have been totally violated here... regardless of who you are in life every1 has rights... and yes some people are better at some things than others but come on we all have rights here... that's what i meant with the Communist quote there... "some are more equal than others"

Hmm it is strange indeed that there a lot of people in this world that think this is justified... wow i am totally blown away that any1 voted for that option... and it's even worse that more voted that cudn't care less....damn...very sad here...

Why can no1 answer my questions correctly at all here?

EDIT:

And politicains are not as incredible / awesome / amazing as you think they are... the world would most probably be a better place without them... most of them are scum.

if someone says "I will kill you" that's a threat. it has nothing to do with his ability to carry out said threat.

I love when people say "that's not a threat, that's a promise" It proves people are truly ignorant to what a THREAT is.

If the kid THREATENED the president, then it does not matter if he had the abilities to carry it out, the THREAT is the crime, not the ATTEMPT. Noone is arguing he actually attempted to kill the president

go email a girl and say you are going to slip her the daterape drug and have your way with her. Then explain that since you didn't actually have the drug, that you didn't really have the means to rape her, and see if they let you go.

please post results

Ja this is what we call having an actual court case!

Try not troll dude... it's bad for your mental health... trust me i know this...

Thanx for wishes for halloween dude! :)

Hmm then it is very sad indeed that the rights of 1 human being are "greater" like the prez of USA and greater than that of another human being...

This is starting to border on Communism and the book by george orwell "animal farm" when the famous words in his book say this:

"All animals are equal.... but some animals are more equal than others"

This scares me deeply here i don't like this kind of attitude here at all. We have this issue daily on the news here in South Africa... very sad i hate it totally :(

This is why i get so angry with this kind of topic here.... i know what it is like to be prosecuted... and to have no freedom... makes me cross! :(

I don't think that a nation protecting its President means it is on the verge of Communism. Human rights violations are one of the things associated with Communism, but there are many other factors to consider. Communism would imply the end of private business and private property, just for a brief example We are far from Communism, but that doesn't mean we ought to be entirely happy with the direction of the country. I'll remind you, though, that none of the man's rights were taken away. It is a privilege, not a right, to come to the US.

Whoa... I don't agree with this at all... and sorry i don't mean to be offensive here at all dude.... try not take this personally here.

EDIT:

And politicains are not as incredible / awesome / amazing as you think they are... the world would most probably be a better place without them... most of them are scum.

I'll reiterate that no rights have been violated.

3) Why do you think it's a criminal case? There has been no case at all. I would be more concerned about the kid having to deal with a lengthy trial that he would probably lose anyway.

4) It's very simple, documents do not become available to the public overnight. It is simply how things work in the United States. What this administration is doing is nothing new. If you were to say that this one, simple thing proves that America is on the edge of Communism, then we have been on the edge of Communism for years, through Presidents such as Reagan, Bush, etc. And that's simply not a good argument in my opinion. The US government does not have to justify a ban, it's as simple as that. It is the unfortunate truth.

5) Have you ever thought that maybe the kid DID threaten the President, and got off easy? It seems like the whole time you are arguing, you are making the huge assumption that the kid did absolutely nothing wrong. What if he threatened the President and, rather than ruining the kid's life by putting him through a trial he would lose, they decided to just ban him from the US. I'm looking at the story from both sides... maybe he didn't say a threat, maybe he did. But it doesn't matter. As I have made clear, national security is a higher priority for the government than someone's "privilege" (it is not a right).

And anyway man, I've already said I don't agree with the ban. Just because we think the kid should have been smarter than that, and shouldn't have done it in the first place, does not mean that we actually agree that he should have been banned. And it does not mean that any of us think that all politicians are incredible / awesome / amazing. We never said that :)

please understand the difference between stupidity, and ignorance. Just like when people don't understand the meaning of threat, people often believe when someone says they are ignorant, they act like they just got called stupid. For the record, I didn't even call you ignorant. I called people who say "this isn't a threat, its a promise" ignorant. Do you say that?

so, don't be IGNORANT (not stupid) to the true meaning of what a threat really is. The crime was the threat, the crime was not whether or not he had the true intent, or ability to carry out the threat.

Aww damn...

Look dude... i am not a lawyer (thank god for that) but this is where i have issues here... morality, human rights and law collide with each other...waht is morally wrong and what is correct here?

I'll remind you, though, that none of the man's rights were taken away. It is a privilege, not a right, to come to the US.

The US government does not have to justify a ban, it's as simple as that. It is the unfortunate truth.

This what i have a problem with here... this is very sad here...this is not morally correct and i think some people have no heart / sympathy. This is starting to border on human rights and starting to violate them. I know what you mean dude.

When i meant communism what i was trying to say is that it was a type of behaviour of communism for banning the teenager. Bad behaviour. It is not fair in my opinion. I was not clear. Sorry about that... and hell no America is not communist at all but is going socialist and that is worrying for the world as a whole. It is starting to begin that way with welfare and all that and hopefully will not lead to the big red. Socialism is like a beginning of communism...but i don't think it will do this.

But what i think about America's direction is not the point here...

The main issue here is that he shud be allowed to go where he wants to go as long he is a good person... and if they say he can't then they (USA Government) better have a damn good reason for this...this is where i feel for this person...

And i think the email could easily be posted on the web very quickly so no worries friend.

I think his human rights were violated i believe in IMO...

I dunno if i am right on this 1 but that's what i strongly believe here for personal reasons...

And i am shocked that there are people that think this is fair or voted justified here...

That's all i was trying to say. And i think governments have way too much say in this crazy world.

Keep well dude

you have good say here and there. :)

I don't like human rights violations either... but just because you don't agree doesn't mean it's a human rights violation. lol you aren't the standard in the subject. Sort of like your troll accusations. Simply because someone doesn't agree with you doesn't mean they are a troll. It just means that you aren't the only opinion in the world.

no insult was hurled so save your "whoa dude"s. Seems like you've used up your alotment of them at this point anyways. I simply suggest you have your own issues in your own country to deal with, why so focused on my country? You live on a continent that thinks you get rid of aids by screwing little kids (a real human rights violation) , and you seem more focused on a punk kid not being allowed into a country not even your own. (and that's just a human privaledge violation)

Look i know i have made mistakes but at least i apologize for them... plz keep ur insults to urself plz

so if you are so hell bent on fixing human rights violations, fix that. By no means am I blaming your for that issue over there, but truth is, it exists. And it's a lot 'closer to you' than an issue between the US and UK is to you. The old saying "those in glass houses" applies here. Especially when you are trying to tie what happened here on equal levels of issues you got there.

Wow... i don't think i can have any good, rational conversation with you at all i am sorry...you are being a negative person... i have tried to be kind to u here! U are just trolling dude...plz don't be negative be positive friend! WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM!?

Cheers

nothing... I just don't like the implication that the US is guilty of human rights violations in this case as you have eluded to. I am simply pointing out what is a violation (the rape scenario on your continent) and what is not (the privaledge to enter the US) since you obviously don't have a clear understanding between a right and and a privaledge.

Cheers

WOW!

LOOK... you have a very negative attitude here "pal" and my patience is growing thin here!!!!

YOU ARE BEHAVING LIKE A TROLL...YOU ARE PUSHING MY BUTTONS...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DUDE IF YOU CAN'T BEHAVE HERE OKAY????

I wanted an apology for you insulting my Country I KNOW IT HAS PROBLEMS I LIVE HERE but it's obvious you have never said sorry in ur life before!!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF U CANNOT BEHAVE!
