Some are quite big.
Do i need them?
Can i just delete them all
One cleaner type app says i have 3 gb of them.
That app failed and was removed

For one don't use cleaner apps. They are a waste of time and may cause more battery drain.

What are we talking about first of all..... what apks? Where are you seeing this? SD card? On the phone? What exactly is going on?
