Is there any harm in using the chargers i used with my OG droid? I'm guessing they mifht not have enough power to charge the GN while in use. But before i even try, i'd like to know if there is any risk of damaging the phone.

To be more specific, I can't answer that. What I do know is that I'd stick with the charger that comes with the GN, or at the least, a more recent smartphone charger than the one that came with the OG. A Christmas present to yourself is OK :D

It's fine to use your Droid charger. You will note that the output of the Droid a/c charger is 5 V at 1 A just like the Nexus.

My D1 charger is only 750 mA. I use mine on the GNex. Works fine.
