I have a query:
Since Android TV inherently supports features like Tuner, Electronic Programming Guide, PVR, etc. is it possible to simply write an Android App, deploy it on Android TV and completely do away with my Set Top Box? ringtones for android
If writing this App is possible,
1. Should this App be a "TV Input" App (in 'Android TV Input Framework' terminology)? or
2. Can it be just like a regular Android App without using the TV Input Framework and use the required Android TV libraries wherever required? best ringtones
