Phone model LG F3; carrier Boost Mobile. Tried to clear CWMT from phone and all that showed in ES File Explorer was TWRP; phone tried to install v8, and ended up stuck in CWMT 6.0.4.8... root was removed via Super SU, and I must now adb sideload a suitable ROM (stock) for this phone, which I've never done. Need help, please?
