all audio on my gs3 has stopped working this includes songs, ringtones, alarms, notifications, videos and system sounds. i have tried plugging in earphones but still nothing happens. along with the sounds i also have not been able to make and receive phone calls, if i get a phone call it freezes my phone and same if i make a call. i have factory rest my phone multiple times this solved the problem a few time but has stopped solving the problem now.
