Although rating Epic the #1 android phone, PCMag says that YouTube videos are "unwatchable"

I get HQ Youtube over WiFi, but today despite loving the fact that 4G is working super-fast at my office (about 8 down, 1 up), every single video I played was in low quality, and I saw no universal setting for hi-q like in my old Touch Pro YT app. What could be wrong?

If you are using the same app that came with the epic, then when the video starts touch the main menu button. You will see options.

This!!! I have to explain this to customers all the time... For some reason they think the videos will load as if they were on a computer...

On 4G, at least for me, they do load that fast... near instant start.

The youtube app is pretty bad. I really want the same options I have when I'm on a desktop machine. If a video is available in 360p, 480p, 720p, etc... I want the option.

Does the HD button just select 480p?
