Glad i'm not the only one. I downloaded the evo user guide and set it up accordingly. This a software issue?!?

To set it you need to hit menu-settings once your in the message app. Select 'Vibrate when messages are received'

Yes I do have it checked. If you download sound manager from app store it will fix this.

I'm assuming you guys aren't having this problem. People on the spring forums have this issue too.
