Help Android Forums blocking my phone IP?

I have a Samsung Behold II running on the standard 1.6 Andriod operating system.
Firmware version=1.6
Baseband Version=T939UVJE2
Kernel Ver. = 2.6.29
Build # = 76XXCSDCBALUM6375

I have the unlimited data plan with T-Mobile.

My problem is that I cannot access the Android forums here when I am on 3G or Edge with my phone. This is the only site that I cannot go to (that I know of) when I am on 3G. As soon as I turn on Wi-Fi and connect to my home network I have no issues browsing this forum. I have no issues browsing this forum from any other computer either.

My browser will simply timeout and state "Web page not available" the web page at http://androidforums.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
