HI, I came to you for help, after talking directly with LG support(waste of time).
I have purchased an LG Eve about two months ago from Rogers, I get the Sd card unmounted error, from time to time. Downloaded the update tool and instructions, the update gets to 4% and I get the error," problem connecting with the phone, remove the usb cable and battery, restart phone and resume update. Tried this five times and still get the same message. I'd rather not have to send the phone away t Rogers as the tech agent on the phone suggested.
