You won't be disappointed. They're solid batteries. I bought the two-pack plus charger and am very happy with them. The Ankers give an impression of better quality than the Hyperion 2600 batteries. I bought a two-pack plus charger of them too.
I always have at least one (if not two) spare batteries with me. I'm a heavy user of juice, and I don't like to run in power saver mode.
Glad I came across this thread! I just recently (this weekend) left my idevice behind and came back to android and picked up the Note. Love the device, but battery life is a different story compared to what I am used to. So, thanks for posting this. Ordering them today!
I use it, love it and gave it 4 stars for a conflicting rating of capacity on the packaging. Checked the weight on a gram scale and it's almost exact to that of the OEM which tells me it's pretty much equal in every way. The only thing i've yet to do is measure the Anker vs Samsung with a a multi-meter. I would have done that too but it's such a pain to remove the Note from my Otterbox case. That will probably be my next review due to the crappy screen cover which has made me not want to buy a high priced case ever again.
Been using it as my primary battery since June. Anker seems to actually be one of the most trusted in the mobile battery industry. Just check any product under this brand on Amazon and they almost always get between four and five stars.
I was supposed to get my delivery of my batteries yesterday, but UPS was a no-show. Hopefully they will come today. The new battery, combined with Juice Defender Ultimate, I'm hoping for great results. Even with the stock battery, JD really makes battery life enjoyable.
I thought it was considered a bad thing to let the battery get that low before re-charging? Not trying to be a critical butthead or anything just wanted to bring it up to hopefully learn more about the best ways to preserve battery life.
I thought it was a good thing to run your battery all the way down before recharging. Not all the time, but maybe once every 2-3 weeks. Seems like I had heard that before. I ordered these guys after looking at the good reviews it got. I am a heavy user of video and stuff so I need all the power I can get.
As we just double checked, the battery you got is definitely with the capacity of 2700mah,and I'm pretty sure the 2500mah printed on the external package is a typo, we're terribly sorry for any confusion the typo caused you ,and we'll report this issue to our factory people for lesson learned.
Actually, you could test the real capacity of the battery via using the battery to see the operation time

Well the only way to know for sure is to use a meter and check the mAh.
There is another way to measure found in the link below but it's difficult to know the exact draw due how differently most of us use our devices. Monday i'll be able to pull out my battery after getting it fully charged up and checking with a meter. If you can wait till then you will have your answer but at half the cost of OEM even if it were only 2500mAh (which is unlikely) it's still a good value. The amount of power per gram of lithium is pretty much always the same based on what i've found with generic camera batteries. The only real thing to judge when it comes to generics is longevity as the materials used for the Cathode will determine the overall lifespan.
This battery is worth it -- I'll try to get pics again.
I actually went dang near the whole weekend on a full charge. It lasted me 1d 20h, far more than the stock ever did. It would literally be dead within 6 hours of taking it off the charger.
I am extremely pleased with this buy.
6 hours dead on stock OEM was also turning off wifi, bluetooth, gps, and enabling power saver.
Sounds like a bad OEM battery. I currently have WiFi constantly on, 3G+ network enabled, screen set to auto brightness and power saving disabled. BeWeather Pro is set to get autoupdates every hour. I can last between 10-12 hours on light/moderate use. The screen on time lasts roughly 3-4 hours depending on usage. Under heavy use, I can get between 2-3 hours with constant screen on time.

Be careful with these. I have 2 and the connection where the battery hooks into you phone has cracked, looks like the corner will fall off.. It's dues to how thin it is in that part of the battery... This has happened to both anker batteries with very delicate use..
I would not be surprised if the Samsung battery is actually made in the same factory. Tried to measure the mAh output but my meter is like 15 years old and must be in need of replacement. Measured the output and voltage of both Anker and OEM which read exactly the same 4.06v @ 3000mAh which can't be correct.
I use my wall charger; I typically put it on when it's down to about 1-3%.
So far, my use is sporadic; some days I'm heavy and others I'm not. This battery has clearly exceed what my stock ever did. Here is a snap shot; look at the time my battery has been in use. With my old battery, it would never get beyond 12 hours regardless of what I was doing. Maybe it was a bad battery, or not; either way; I like this battery I have and I won't go to anything else.
Kinda sad though since I'm about to sell my Note because I need to switch to Verizon--very bad AT&T service out here.
