Any app to control which apps to startup??

is there any app that can allow me to control which apps open during the startup of the phone?

Startup Auditor is supposed to do just that, but I've had mixed results with it. I'd recommend you try out for yourself and see if it works

I use Autostarts. you can also manage what apps start on different phone state changes, ie bluetooth state change, power connected, etc. I can't remember if you need to be rooted to use it or not though.

Check out Autorun Manager. Its a simple app that supports non-rooted and rooted phones.
