Hello everybody...

I am thinking to buy a PMP with very good sound quality and runs on android.

Did a bit of research but no idea about what their sound quality like..

I am mainly looking for a handy + very good sound quality + multi touch screen + a fair enough processing speed to support it. and of course android on it :)

Any suggestions?? thanks in advance...

The Tegra 2 has the best sound quality of any current chipset, but the only option ATM is the G-tablet, which has software problems ATM.

Second is the Hummingbird based Chipset on the Galaxy Tab. That chipset has a very good audio chip added to it.

Since PMP is usually smaller than a 10" tablet, the Galaxy Tab would be your best bet, but has no internal flash in US version, except maybe the Tmo version. All others need microsd for media.

STAY FAR AWAY from the Archos tablets, since Archos adheres to the Euro sound cap law. The gain curve on these devices sucks, because Archos does a poor job managing gain in relation to the low dB output.

True audio fidelity fans would be in grief mode with the Archos models. Last good to great sounding device they had was with Gmini 402- BEFORE the sound cap law (5 years ago).
