Power Switch

Save power by turning off your device's screen whenever you shut the case!

Power Switch is a tool for devices with cases - somewhat like the SmartCover, it will turn off the screen when you shut the case.

If you have a device with poor battery life, Power Switch can save tons of juice by switching it off entirely after a given amount of time asleep.

Features:

- Sleep seconds after shutting case
- Automatic shutdown
- Set up a schedule using Night Mode
- Configure sensor sensitivity
- Facedown to turn screen off
- Persistent notification
- Uses almost no power

The app has gone through an extensive testing process here at XDA under another name. Thanks to everyone who helped make it happen, you're the best!

However, this testing showed that some features of that app were not all that useful, and some were conspicuously absent. To save both you and us a lot of grief, we made the second-generation Killswitch.

Excellent! Remember - you can block multiple numbers using Google contact Groups.

I just saw this and am going to try it here soon enough - I got it in Market an need to figure out how to block numbers, but I have a pair of GV numbers I can test with...

Does it block calls only or both Calls and SMS?

Hi guys. Been a while since i checked back here. We are now very close to the final release!

I just downloaded your app. I'm looking to be able to redirect a call to another number (a telephony service) based on the caller's number. I don't know how possible/difficult it would be to connect the incoming call to a different number, or if that's handled at the provider level. Please let me know what you think of implementing this feature. (If you do, I'll obviously buy the app!)
