Help Battery drain, please help!

Guys, I own a Sony Xperia S. I've attached pictures here, which are pretty self explanatory. Please help! :-(

Thank you for the replies! I installed wakelock detector and noticed backup is sucking my battery. What do I do? I have it disabled, yet it drains my battery :-S
EDIT : Okay I just noticed back up was enabled. I have no idea how it was enabled. I disabled it now, I'll see how it goes and let you guys now! Thanks again :)

And about the media server, I don't have any corrupted image files.. Why would it still run in the background? :|

Try disabling apps you don't use... Go to settings and make sure nothing is set to synch (if you want to do it, do it manually).

Install a task killer and set it to terminate apps you don't use at regular intervals automatically.

Finally let the battery run out and then. charge it all the way to 100% without turning it on. Download a battery recalibrating app from play store.
