Help Bluetooth streaming interrupted after call

I am using a Clip Music BT set with my Desire for streaming MP3, most of the time the streaming will interrupt after I receive a call, the audio will play out in the phone's speaker instead, and I see the BT status is connected to phone audio only, although I already selected both phone audio and media in the setting, unpair and re-pair the phone is the only way to fix. I tried other BT sets as well and they all have intermittent disconnect problem when streaming, but I don't have this problem with Nokia, am I alone on this ?

My music will not play after bluetooth call. Tried different players
But no luck. I have to power off and on headset to restart music.
