Bookmark Sync?

Two part question...

1. Does Android have a native bookmark syncing feature to sync bookmarks between the mobile device and desktop browser (chrome or firefox)? Or is there an app that does this?

2. I'm not an Android user yet, so it's hard for me to see what apps are available. What sites do you recommend to see available apps without using a device to connect to the market?

if you use Dolphin Browser, I believe it has Google Bookmark Sync

i'm going to bump this thread because I too am curious of a recommended site for viewing marketplace apps. I've seen a few with reviews, but if anyone knows of somewhere that lists them by category...?
