Please, I have tried to figure it out and I can't. How can I boot and save x86 on a single usb stick? I have tried Rufus and PowerISO, what am I doing wrong?

You're talking about Android-x86 I presume. You need to use Linux USB Creator to make a bootable USB drive from it. www.linuxliveusb.com

The tools you've got are just ISO image mounting and manipulation tools, and not for booting a Linux kernel OS like Android.
