Root Bricked after removing bloatware

i've recently rooted the lg motion and i used titanium backup do delete metro crap. everything worked fine until i restarted the phone. the famous "morning caller security" screen showed up. so i un bricked the lg and rooted it again but i did not remove any apps. is there a safe way to remove the apps i dont need on this phone without bricking it?

Also, when i did the guide to unbrick the processor increased to 1.5 ghz. Is there a way to bring it back down to 1.2 because i want to save battery

find the firmware you had before and do the same process in the unbrick guide and you should have 1.2ghz but i would just underclock it to 1.2ghz

I dont think any of the firmware in the guide runs at 1.2

???? That is a good question if so to bad we couldn't get our hands on that.

Maybe LG was meant to put out the new firmware to fix some issues. My LG motion lasted a good amount of time on moderate usage while on the 1.5GHz

Script manager says "You're not root" but i ran all of my other root apps and they work fine. I granted permission from superuser as well.

Yes, a set of commands came up really quickly after i pressed run but all of them said "failed" (and some other gibberish) and the phone reboots after with no changes

I froze all the apps i dont need and it works fine. I really appreciate your help.
One more thing...(sorry if im bothering you) when i try to add a word to the user dictionary while typing, it says unfortunately lg keyboard has stopped. I cleared the data, force stop , and restarted the phone but i still get the message. The keyboard closes after the message

are you using a custom rom? and i would suggest the google 4.2 keyboard which you can flash using 2nd init recovery
