Help Bricked.

I accidentally bricked the phone when trying to get into Recovery to use nandroid to get back my old stuff. I have the I9000 firmware flashed, now trying to get back to stock and now all I get is that phone/computer symbol. I can't get into download and I can't get into recovery. Am I pretty much screwed?

Get odin 1 click. Run odin then do the below

Method 3KEY COMBO)

1. Remove the battery, sim card, sdcard if you have one
2. Insert the battery
3. Hold both Volume buttons (from i9000 just down, don't touch the power button)
4. Plug in the USB cable and continue holding both Volume button

The Yellow Droid should come on and you can flash back to stock if not try the other methods in the odin post
