It is no longer the undisputed king, of course it is being replaced by the new Veyron 16.2! You thought the first one was expensive, the new one comes in at almost 5 million (if I remember correctly)!
Who cares if it's no longer the undisputed king...
I own a 2009 Ferrari F430 Scuderia. A really fun, fast, exciting car.
But it's nowhere near as expensive, nor does it have the same top speed as the Bugatti.
Yet that said, I'm the original owner, it's a limited model with several customizations just for me. I waited nearly a year after ordering it, and it's only because I was already an existing Ferrari customer, that I was lucky enough to get on the list to purchase one.
At the end of the day, I've been a racer / builder / car enthusiast for years.
There's hardly anything more fun than a fast track day, at the race track playing with fellow exotic car owners.
I love the f430, that was my first supercar driving experience, It was just a standard f430 not spider or scuderia my newxt car to try and get a hold of is a pagani zonda the odds of that are so slim though

I have a close friend that recently took delivery of a Zonda, my first impression reveals the level of refinement is stellar. Not that I expected it to be a rough car, but this example was exemplary.
We were in Barcelona for the F1 race and had an opportunity to make a couple of laps on Wednesday of that week. What a car...
the zonda is just such a great example of that a supercar should be in my opinion. Its all refinement, taking every inch of the car and perfecting it beyond perfection. as much as I love ferraris they are no where near what they used to be, excluding the 458 italia, in my opinion ferraris greatest car they've ever released.

Uh, what's up with the ? You got to drive a Ferrari, who cares if it was "just" the standard version? Know the most exotic car I've ever driven? My uncles non-turbo '85 Porsche 911 Cabriolet. And I once got to sit in a Lamborghini Countach. So even with the standard Ferrari drive under your belt, you're way ahead of me! Most powerful car I ever drove was my friends Nissan 240sx coupe with an SR20DET swap, made around 400hp at the rear wheels. But still just a Nissan, nothing exotic.
