What do you guys prefer for a calender widget? Ive tried a few havent really liked any so far. I just want a simple view of the month with stuff Ive added onto my gmail account. Ive tried the agenda one but it just displays the event not a month view. Ive tried the calender pad but the text on the month view is confusing.

Pure Grid Calendar. Hands down, the best I've used.

The calendar widget included with LauncherPro is also quite nice, but Pure Grid has many more options in terms of usage and customizability.

No, if you want to add it to your Gmail calendar you need to specifically choose that calendar instead of "My Calendar" (the phone-only local calendar) when creating each event. You can also go back and change the target calendar of events. But you can't make your Gmail calendar the default automatically for new events. Doing that requires using a 3rd-party calendar app such as Jorte or Gemini.

I'm with you. I like Pure Grid.

Although I've only been using it for a short while, I like how it's setup. The functionality is just what I was looking for.

    Cheers... :)
