Call Blacklisting

I could've sworn that somewhere in the vast menus of the Samsung Admire I saw a feature to completely block a number. I don't mean send to Voicemail, I mean like completely block it. Does anyone know where it's at? Or if I'm hallucinating about it, does anyone have a good app?

YES, when you're phone is locked, and u receive a text message, notice a different type of text screen pops up (it's a black & gray screen). Well, on this screen there is an icon of a person. click on that person icon and a small menu pops up. That's where it says "Blacklist". Just be careful because when i tried to blacklist someone I accidently blacklisted my boyfriend. Now i'm trying to figure out how to undo that. LOL!
