Call Vibrate?

Hey guys...haven't been around in a while - but my boss just got a maxx & wants to know if there's a setting for more/louder vibrate features?

He is the VP of Store Operations so his phone is always on his hip, but he says he can't really feel the vibrate on a call - & the volume can't be up all the time for obvious reasons. (working with customers in the stores, meetings etc...)

Any tips/settings I might be missing?

I don't think you can adjust the vibrator as it a fixed component can only turn it off or on. Unless there is an app for it.
He could use ear plugs then he can hear without any one else hearing, so he can also hear customers he could buy a single earphone so one ear is not covered. Or a Bluetooth hands free ear piece such as a Jabra. He could use it for driving as well then.
