Help Can anyone explain Appbrain?

I am trying to get Angry Birds on my Captivate. As some of you may know, Angry Birds is not in the App Market for the Captivate. I am trying to put it on my phone through App Brain. I've read that some people have installed it that way. Can somebody explain how to do this for Angry Birds? It does not work when I add it to list (I guess because it does not show up in our market). I am trying to use the install feature, but I am not sure how.
