Can i update my rooted android phone with unlocked bootloader ?

Answer: it depends.

I'm not clear from your thread title and your first post's contents if you are already rooted and you want to know if you can unlock your bootloader (having root won't give you the ability to unlock your bootloader, but unlocking your bootloader should allow you to root).

And I just realized you might be asking about OTA (Android) version updates instead of rooting or bootloader unlocking (which we already discussed here).
