I have experienced this problem in a couple of countries. When the phone is plugged into the main C supply to charge, I cannot operate the screen! When I unplug it, all is well. Why does this happen?

Is it not able to use at all? or just very laggy and unresponsive? Because I had the same problem(laggy when charging)

No action at all! I used to think that it was the fault of my power company in Africa, but it happens in the US, too.

I have similar issue in my condo (Thailand). I put it down to crappy supply with current variation which the phone doesn't like. not so much laggy just behaves very randomly. Have to unplug to do anything with it. However works fine when power is 'filtered' through laptop to usb lead..
