Help cannot remove virtual desktop

Hi, I started use "galaxy y" recently and I don't know how, I ve created seven virtual desktops. Now I want to remove them so I edit them, the phone shows me all desktops and a buttom below: "remove", but I push the button and nothing happens... I don't know another way to remove the desktop ..
Can someone help me?

Man thats not 'desktop' thats 'screen'
Just do my steps if you want to remove them...
1.Click edit from settings.
2.Then, all screens will be shown.
3.Now, drag the screen you do not want into the garbage bin on the bottom right.
4.Do as many as you want and then simply press the back button.
5.If you want to add something to your homescreen, just tap on add in settings..
