What does this mean?

My guess would be just the ability to call out from within the app (through contacts, dialer, whatever). I don't imagine it would be secretly calling numbers without permission, but I can easily see your concern. Hopefully clarification will be coming soon I've been eyeing it back and forth. But, I'm still waiting on getting full-on into Tasker and settings before I get that far.

It has the ability to use the voice dialer, permissions seem to be in line with the intended use
