Help Chase banking app and pictures for deposits

Got the Chase app for my Evo and I cant take pictures of checks for deposits. My camera works fine on its own BUT when I open the app to deposit a check and it ask to take a photo , I hit the photo button and it never snaps a pic. nothing happens. Tried reseting the phone and no change. Anyone see this issue. Thanks.

sounds like that may be an issue with the app not communicating with the camera. Have you contacted the developer at all?

I have no way to test the app... I stopped doing any type of banking with chase when they took the lead on fees charged.

Speaking of fees, using their app for deposits is free right?

Nope it still does nothing when I tap the icon to take a photo. Just gave up and drove to the bank.

That's weird. My camera will take the picture but I always get an error message that the picture is not clear enough - yet it looks fine. Too bad as it worked once and was very cool.
