On my Galaxy Nexus, I accidentally started a download for an image on Google Images through Chrome Beta. Now, there is a download notification that can't be removed and won't go away on its own - even after a reboot. How can I get rid of it? (I'm assuming that, on a phone this expensive, there is a way that doesn't void the warranty. Otherwise, that's a pretty bad flaw in ICS.)
Never mind. It finally decided that it had finished downloading the nothing, so problem solved. Still, there ought to be a way to force remove permanent notifications.
