Contact problems

Hey guys,

I'm having problems with my contacts (but only the ones in my message apps not in my phonebook)

When i try to add a new contact from a message it comes up with "save to existing contact" or "add contact" then when i choose one of these it brings up a list of numbers, some have no contact assigned (as in numbers i've called) and a large number of them are hotmail or gmail contacts, only a few are proper phone contacts...

Any suggestions? I have about 150 phone contacts and can't see 90% of these... Cheers

k cool, this was already setup the way it should have been... i've disabled facebook, hopefully that makes some difference,
