I'm running stock OS, Android 7.1.1. My device is rooted.
I'm facing a problem with the contacts and phone app. I get a lag of 10-15 seconds in phone call app and contacts app.I've tried clearing the cache of default phone call app and contacts app but this issue goes away for 3-4 minutes and reappears.
I also booted my phone into TWRP recovery and wiped cache/dalvic but I'm still facing the problem. What should I do?
An online search reveals that it's a common problem across different OnePlus models. I suppose this is a bug.
Please help me out in fixing this lag.
