Developer options

Where are they? They're under system on the "old" S5, but I can't find them on the "new" phone. It used to be tapping a lot on a particular setting would magically reveal them. Is this not the case in 6.0.1?

Go to "system > about phone" and tap on "build number" till it says you are a developer, then click back once and you'll see developer options.

I think the number of taps varies by device/version/etc. I generally just say 'keep tapping' until you see the notice!

Tap ruby slippers 8 times..."there's no place like developer options"...I got that done but I haven't been able to locate the option to force image resizing even if that's "unavailable". Am I barking up the wrong setting?

image resizing? like when taking a picture? not sure what you mean.

I mean if there's a picture on a website, in email, etc., and it's too small. Some can be resized easily and some can't. I'm looking for a way to make them all enlargeable.

If you're trying to enlarge the image within the website or email, pinch to zoom has worked well for me. Just put 2 fingers on the screen and split them apart. Thumb and index usually work best.
