Welcome to Android Forums @Titus Mbole :)

In order to provide you with the proper guidance please provide more information.

For instence, what method did you use to root your device and do you have a custom recovery installed?

By installed SuperSu, do you mean flashed as .zip or simply downloading the SuperSu app?

You should have nothing to worry about. Just installation of the SuperSu app will not root your device on its own. That would require flashing the Chainfires SuperSu .zip from custom recovery.
In phone settings go to / app management/ SuperSu and force stop, clear Data and uninstall and thats it. You can confirm your android status with a root check apk in the link below.

PS: There are some apps that can root on there own when istalled on lower android version (no of which I would ever recommend).

    I
I have a rooted Android and using what I believe is the same "Root Validator" app in your screen shot, my results are as follows.

when I deny the app root access it

    Screenshot_2020-09-21-14-41-27.png

and when I grant root access it shows

    Screenshot_2020-09-21-14-43-30.png

In both screen shots you'll notice "su binaries avalable".

In my case it doesn't give me permission to allow root access. This is where my problem is. I have installed almost 90% of all googlePlay apps for root in my phone but none was successful.
I installed Es filemanager to locate superSu files but i didn't found any. Am stranded. My phone currently is behaving abnormally

    Welcome to Android Forums @Anilsavika :) .

Much depends on the device you wish to root. If there is a root method available you may not have choice one way or the other. If you do have an option to choose either SuperSu or Magisk in regards to the best way to root is a matter of perspective.

PS: Magisk is in active development while SuperSu is for yhe most part deprecated.

Magisk is surpassed SuperSu as the preferred root method, mainly because its ability to hide root and pass Saftnet checks. If you want Netflix, pokemon and banking apps then I recommend Magisk. If you prefer the ability to r/w system wide, an overclocked permissive kernel, Xposed framework , modding an porting as I do then I recommend SuperSu.

What device do you have and what roy method did you use? For instance my device is a Samsung Note 4 sm-n910p.

If you've installed BusyBox then you should uninstall binaries before you unroot.

SuperSu app provides a full unroot option.

If you have a custom recovery, It may also be necessary to flash an UnSuperSu.zip aswell.
