So I figured out how to update my device thru kies and it will go thru the entire process up to where my phone will show the downloading screen with the android guy and soon after my computer will pop up saying the computer didn't recognize my phone and to try again I have tried over five times... Any suggestions on how I may be able to fix this problem?
