Do not disturb, except for...

How do I set do not disturb exceptions so that calls actually do disturb me? Android 10. Galaxy S10 e.

You must set those numbers to Override Do Not Disturb.

Some devices call this Priority Only.

I don't see anything like that on my phone.

Generally, depending on which device you have, you can enter the Do Not Disturb settings from the Sounds menu and allow exceptions from Starred Contacts.

You just need to select those Contacts from either the Phone app and add Favourites, or on each Contact in that app hit the star symbol upper right. You would then see that the contact has been added to the Favourites tab of the Phone app. (Menu terminology may vary)

It was easier than that. I just long pressed the Do Not Disturb button in more options came up.
