Help EE MMS settings

Anybody successfully able to send and receive MMS with this handset on the EE network? I've also had trouble and still unable too. Using the EE MMS settings

Username - eesecure
MMSC - http://mms/
MMS proxy - 149.254.201.135
MMS port - 8080
MCC - 234
MNC - 33
Authentication - PAP
APN type - mms

Using hangouts I've disabled auto-retrieve and forced the APN but still can't send

Was with Orange, but recently went on to a new plan with EE and have been able to send/receive MMS without any problems... you might be best off speaking to EE themselves (when I switched, stuff updated by text).

APN - general.t-mobile.uk
Proxy - not Set
Port - not set
username - t-mobile
Password - ** (didn't put it in, so don't know what it is)
Server - Not set
MMSC - http://mmsc.t-mobile.co.uk:8002
MMS proxy - 149.254.201.135
MMS port - 8080
MCC - 234
MNC - 30
Auhtentication type - Not set
APN type - default,supl,mms
APN protocol - IPv4
