I was expecting this app to hit the market in late May based on 2 articles. What happened? I literally search for this everyday and hope it will show a result as opposed to not found. Anyone know?

Hoping here too. Not thrilled with either Sportstap or Scoremobile.

How does the ESPN app on the iphone generally compare with those 2?

I think its awesome on the iphone. If you have never used it, you are in for a treat. I'm drooling over the potential of having it on my Incredible.

It doesn't say who assisted a goal too by any chance does it? One feature I'd like due to playing fantasy football!

Hmm, I've been waiting for something from one of the "big" sports sites. This would be perfect.

I'm currently using ScoreMobile which is a pretty good app. I hope ESPN comes this summer.

I hope ESPN comes out with something soon. I'm sticking with Sports Tap for now. It seems to be about a 1/2 inning quicker than ScoreMobile.

I was hoping for the app at the end of May as well. You would think ESPN would release it this week, right before the World Cup.

Wishful thinking but at least they are working on it

I've been using Live Scores. Haven't really tried anything else but liked it so far.

ScoreCenter is the SH!T on the iPhone. I emailed them a few times telling them that it needs to be on Android. Hopefully it comes around soon. Sports Tap doesn't cut it AT ALL. Sometimes it takes hours to update...

I was definitely hoping for a release by the World Cup, but I guess not.

    Hope soon!
