Help facebook messages in contact history?

How do you delete Facebook history from the contact history? I check for it to not even view facebook but it still does? Any solutions?

Any news on this? This would be greatly appreciated, once you delete the messages from FB this is kind of obnoxious. Is there a way to turn the history off completely?

Just in case someone needs clarification this is under contacts>history

Nobody knows how to do this. You can remove your facebook account and add it back but this will take hours to re-join all of your contacts. AND every time you send/receive a new facebook message you'll have to do it again.

The integrated facebook app doesn't work correctly on android 2.1 or froyo 2.2.
It will show new messages but never remove deleted messages from history.

This is a problem that nobody will address... so I'm tossing the phone and going with a different phone/carrier.
