YouTube - star trek boot animation.wmv
The Download will soon be available at... - Droidboots
That is awesome. I can't wait till it becomes available. My only problem with it though is I will constantly rebooting my phone in order to see it.
I was thinking the same thing when I first saw the Decepticon boot animation. Really cool, but I haven't rebooted my phone in a few weeks, so I didn't bother, I'll never really see the thing in action
@Blue Do you have any kind of ETA on this?
here it is:
you have to do some navigating from the link in the OP
Also, to add, there are a lot of other really good ones there (including the stock one for people who want to revert back to it), so take a look!
@ FA BO LO US , thx! Lots of aiiight boot animations there.
thats almost enough reason alone right there to root my droid.....
I don't know how many times this has been said, but I'll say it again.
You do NOT need root to change the boot animation.
Ok, I downloaded the Star Trek bootanimatin.zip to my PC. Now, how do I get it to work on my droid? I am not a computer person, so I need a clear understanding of how to install it to my phone. Can anyone please help me?????? Thanks!
From the other Droid forum...not trivial but not root.
