Whats wrong with the Sony Ericsson included software, Media Go?
It already comes with your phone, all you do is drag-and-drop your movie file over to your phone, and it automatically converts it to a (fullscreen) format your phone will like.

It takes mere seconds for a normal size clip, I have not seen any need for 3rd party software.

Realplayer is full of bloatware and ads isn't it? It used to be anyway. I would avoid it.
