You'd need to get the exact settings from your network or search for them on the internet. The procedure for changing will also differ from handset to handset too.

On mine, it's Settings -> Wireless & Networks -> Mobile Networks -> Access Point Names.

There should be APN for MMS and another for Internet (some networks only need one though I think).

Some UK networks over a service via their website where you enter your phone model and tel number and they will send you the settings via SMS. It might be worth seeing if yours offers that option?
