Help Gear not working....

I am trying to restore my Gear using Odin 3.07 and "all samsung recovery" as per the instructions on another forum.

I have tried numerous times but everytime I try this Odin hangs/freezes on "NAND Write Start!!!"

All I have on the screen is two yellow triangles with (Firmware Upgrade encountered a issue. Connect to Kies

but it will not boot into recovery or download, or restart If I hold the power button down for about 8 seconds it simply puts the triangle screen back on. Kies won't even recognise it neither will my pc even when I WAS able to get into debugging. Now I can't do anything with it.
