Help Gmail Contacts & Calendar will not sync

My phone is setup to the corporate network (activesync). So I have all my contacts & calendar in the corporate side.

I thought this would also sync up to Gmail, but so far, my gmail contacts and calendar are blank.

Any suggestions on how to sync my contacts to gmail?

Oh yeah, the check boxes in "accounts" for gmail for "sync" are both check for both contacts and calendar.

I have 2 @gmail.com accounts show up in settings/accounts and sync (dont know why... identical addresses). if so do you have the correct one checked?

I now understand how this is working.

My corporate email syncs up just fine
My gmail syncs up just fine.

I would like to mirror the two to sync up each other.
For example, if I make a change in a contact on my corporate side, I'd like it to change on the gmail side. Same with Calendar.

Is this possible?

Your Gmail contacts and phone contacts are usually two differant databases, sounds odd I know, guess it could be data protection or something? If you export all your phone contacts to sd and then import them from sd into your google account it will sync.
