Google Talk instant messages to voice

There are a ton of apps that read your SMS and email messages out loud, but I can't find any that will read Google Talk messages out loud. I don't pay for texting, so I only use Google Talk. Does anyone know how I could get this to work?

i hate to resurect the dead but with programs like drive safe.ly and vlingo why has nobody made an app for googletalk aswell

I believed it has to do with closed APIs or something. Thats why theres no widget that shows you your unread Google Talk or Google Voice messages.

right now my gf is away in iraq and google talk is how we stay in touch since it uses very little data and is a lot cheaper than text messaging or calling maybe some one could make a messaging app that logged into Google talk separately from the "Talk" app maybe even other messaging services and read the ims out loud
